1. The service

Tipoff provides software to collect customer feedback through embeddable widgets, manage feedback campaigns, and deliver rewards such as discount codes. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your organization's account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where stated in our refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
Collect feedback without appropriate notice to your visitors where required by law
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service
Share access credentials outside your organization

5. Your content

You retain ownership of feedback and data submitted through your campaigns. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
